SECTION: FICTIONAL AI AVATAR DISCLOSURE AND LIABILITY LIMITATION

  1. Fictional and AI Nature of "Tyler".

Our marketing materials, website content, social media content, and video advertisements may feature a digital character named "Tyler." You acknowledge and agree that Tyler is a fictional persona created, animated, and portrayed using Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. Tyler is not a real person, does not represent any real-world individual, and all voiceovers, scripts, images, videos, and appearances are entirely computer-generated or AI-assisted creative works.

  1. No Representation of Military Service.

Tyler is not represented as, and should not be interpreted as, a real veteran, active-duty service member, retired military member, military spokesperson, or representative of any branch of the United States Armed Forces. Any clothing, apparel, symbols, patriotic themes, or visual elements appearing in content featuring Tyler are used solely for creative, artistic, or promotional purposes and do not constitute a claim of military service, military status, military experience, military honors, or military affiliation.

  1. No Official Military Affiliation.

Tyler’s persona, clothing, and dialogue are creative works of fiction. Tyler and Veteran Woodwork are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, authorized by, or acting on behalf of the U.S. Department of Defense, any branch of the United States Armed Forces, the Department of Veterans Affairs, or any federal, state, or local government agency.
